Get access to your clients' wage administration 

As a Zenegy partner, you'll receive full access to administer your clients' payroll data. You'll also get access to the companies' holiday registration, absence rate and mileage registration. 

  • Using Zenegy, the employees can make holiday requests or register sick leave via the Zenegy employee app.

  • You and your clients are both able to receive a complete overview on approved registrations as well as registrations in need of approval before next payroll run. 

Get an accurate mileage report

When using Zenegy to administer your clients' mileage reports, employees can register their mileage - and you can rest assure that the mileage registered is correct.

  • The Zenegy mileage log does it's route planning via Google Maps - therefore, you and your clients' employees can rest assure that the registered mileage for each trip is registered correctly.  

  • All the employees need to do is to enter their departure and arrival destination, as well as note the purpose of the trip. Zenegy will then calculate the mileage spend for each route.

  • When registrating holiday and absence, you'll receive a notification when new trips need approval. When approved, the trip will be transferred to the following payroll run.
  • You and your clients' employees have access to a complete overview on all registered trips and the total mileage driven.

  • If some of your clients' employees spend more than 20.000 kilometres behind the wheel, we'll of course use the lower mileage rate and automatically calculate accordingly.
