When you are logging into the mobile app the app will start up on the page you've decided it to start up on. (Read more on this under "Settings")
If you havn't picked a starting screen yet, you pick one by clicking on the two lines in the top left corner > settings > starting screen > ​and here you can pick the starting screen you want to use.

Payslips

When you are clicking on payslips you will access an overview over your income for the lastest payslip and the ammount that was paid out.
At the top row you'll be able to pick the month you would like to see a payslip for.
If you scroll down the view you'll be able to see what data that have been in over the payslip, earned vacation, used vacation and your saldo.
At the bottom right corner you will be able to see the payslip in the classic PDF.

Registration of hours

When you are clicking on registration of hours, you will access an overview where you can see all the hours that have been registrered in Zenegy in the latest month you have registrered hours. If you have registrered hours in the current month, it is the current month that will be shown in the overview.
At the top right corner you'll be able to click on the calendar icon, where you will have access to filter on either month or year.
Under this calendar icon you'll see an horizontal menu where you can filter on either "all", "pending", "approved" or "rejected" registrations.
If you click on the plus at the bottom right corner you will access the view where you can create an hour registration.
If you click on "hourly salary rate" you'll be able to choose between the rates that you have access to. On this view you'll also be able to choose a date for the registration and what time your work started and what time your work ended.
The system will automaticly calculate the numbers of hours from the start and end time you have choosen.
You'll be able to pick how long your break was, if you had a break during your working hours, that are self-paid.
If needed, it will be possible to attach a file, by clicking on "upload file".
When you have filled out the registration, you'll save it by click on the check mark at the top right corner.

Milage

When you are clicking on Milage you will access an overview over all of the milage registrations that have been registrered in Zenegy in the latest month you have registrered Milage. 
At the top right corner you'll be able to click on the calendar icon, where you will have access to filter on either month or year.
Under this calendar icon you'll see an horizontal menu where you can filter on either "all", "pending", "approved" or "rejected" registrations.
If you click on the plus at the bottom right corner you will access the view where you can create a milage registration.
Here you'll have to fill out start destination and end destionation.
You'll also have the option to click on "your location" and the app will locate your current location.
When both addresses are put in will Zenegy automaticly pick a route from Google Maps.
If there is more than one route you'll be able to pick from what route you've driven.
If the route you've driven is not on the map, you'll be able to put in the distance yourself in the distance field.
You'll be able upload files by clicking on "upload"
When the registration is filled out, you'll save it by click on the check mark at the top right corner.

Holiday and Absence

When you are clicking on holiday and absence, you will access an overview where you can see the holiday and absence that have been registrered in Zenegy.
You'll be able to pick between Holday and Absence in the top horizontal menu under the headline.
At the top right corner you'll be able to click on the calendar icon, where you will have access to filter on what year you would wish to see you holiday and absence for.
Under first horizontal menu icon you'll see another horizontal menu where you can filter on either "all", "pending", "approved" or "rejected" registrations.

If you click on the plus at the bottom right corner you will access the view where you can create an holiday and absence registration.
at first you will need to pick what type of holiday or absence you want to registrer.
You can add a Project ID if you use Project ID within your company.
You can upload a file to the holiday and absence.
Then you can choose a start date and a end date to the registration and the system will calculate the ammount of days from the start and end date.
if needed, it will be possible to leave a note to the registration.

When you have filled out the registration, you'll save it by click on the check mark at the top right corner.

Supplement registrations

When you are clicking on Supplement registration you will access an overview over all of the Supplement registrations that have been registrered in Zenegy. 
At the top right corner you'll be able to click on the calendar icon, where you will have access to filter on either month or year.
Under this calendar icon you'll see an horizontal menu where you can filter on either "all", "pending", "approved" or "rejected" registrations.
If you click on the plus at the bottom right corner you will access the view where you can create a Supplement registration.
Here you'll be able to choose the type of spllement or deduction that are created within the company.
You can add a Project ID if you use Project ID within your company.
You can upload a file to the Supplement or deduction.
You can choose a date to the registration, the ammount of units and leave a note on the registration.

Expense registrations

When you are clicking on Expense registrations you will access an overview over all of the Expense registrations that have been registrered in Zenegy.
At the top right corner you'll be able to click on the calendar icon, where you will have access to filter on either month or year.
Under this calendar icon you'll see an horizontal menu where you can filter on either "all", "pending", "approved" or "rejected" registrations.
If you click on the plus at the bottom right corner you will access the view where you can create an Expense registrations.
you'll be able upload files by clicking on "upload" and pick what date the expense happend.
You'll also have to option to put in a note if you wish to.
When the registration is filled out, you'll save it by click on the check mark at the top right corner.

Courses

If your employeer have activated the courses module you'll have to option to access this tab.
When you are clicking on Courses you see a horizontal overview, where you can choose between Available, Invitation and My courses.
Available will show the courses that you can sign up to.
Invitation will show the courses you are invited to.
My courses will show the courses you havev signed up to.

Flex hours

If your employeer have activated the Flex module you'll have to option to access this tab.
When you are clicking on Flex you will access an overview over all of the Flex registrations that have been registrered in Zenegy.
Under this calendar icon you'll see an horizontal menu where you can filter on either "all", "pending", "approved" or "rejected" registrations.
Under All you'll see your current flex saldo.
Under Pending you'll see the flex registrations that are still pending and waiting for approvement.
Under Apporved you'll see the flex registrations that have been approved.
Under rejected you'll see the flex registrations that have been rejected.

Item and access

If your employeer have activated the Item and access module you'll have to option to access this tab.
When you access item and access will you see an overview over the item and access that are assigned to you.
If you scroll down you'll see each item and each access that are assigned to you and as well see a status on the right side.
you'll be able to click on each item and access to see more information about the item or access.
when you've clicked on an item or access you'll be able to see name, category, date of replacement, date of return, if the product can be bought and if the product can be used to private use. 
You'll have the option to return the item or access by clicking on the intersection on the bottom right corner.

My documents

If your employeer have activated the Document module you'll have to option to access this tab.
When you access My documents you'll see the documents assigned to you.
You'll be able to click on the documents, where you'll come in on the Zenegy view of the document, but you'll also be able to click on the arrow in the top right corner to see the original PDF document.

My profile

When you access My Profile you'll be able to see your contact information, bank information and Next of kin.
You have the option to edit on any of these 3 categories by clicking on the pencil icon next to each headline.
Be aware that the e-mail under contact information isn't the place you change the login e-mail.
Be aware that you don't have to put in IBAN and swift if you have put in bank account and registration number.

Holiday balance

When you are clicking on Holiday balance you will access an overview over your holiday balance.
at the top under the headline you'll see an horizontal menu where you can filter on each of the earning years.
If you scroll down you'll see what periode that the current earning year you are on, are from and to.
You can see how many days you have earned, how many days you have used, how many days are reaining, what your gross vacation money earned are and your special holiday allowance. 

My employers

When you access this tab you'll be able to choose between the companies you are an employee in, if your hired in multiply companies.

Settings

When you access settings you'll be able to pick what home screen you want, what language you want your profile on and if you want to active Touch ID, Face ID and pincode.
Home screen: you'll be able to pick between each categori we've gone over in the guide as you home screen. The screen you pick as your home screen is the screen you'll see when you login in.
Language: Here you'll be albe to pick between the two language there are in Zenegy mobile app, danish and english.
