Create your employee login
As an employee in a company that uses Zenegy, you should receive an invitation via mail from your employer in order to log in to Zenegy.
The email subject will either read Welcome - You have received a new payslip or Velkommen til X - Opret dig som medarbejder - the mail is personal and you should not share with anyone else.
In the mail you click on Opret dig som medarbejder, whereafter you’ll be able to change language for english, in the top right corner.
On the page, you are given two choices.
Existing user, if you already have a user account for Zenegy, and this way your logins will be merged into one login, read more here.
New user, if it is the first time you’re logging in to Zenegy. Continue on this site to read more.
New user in Zenegy
When you choose to create a new user in Zenegy, you will be met with a box where you’ll need to provide the following information:
Name, being your full name.
Phone number, the phone number that you want bound to your account and that you’ll need to verify shortly. Don’t add country code, as the country is selected to the left of the number.
Email, is the email you want to log in with. Your user in Zenegy is personal and you’ll take it with you when you leave the company.
We therefore recommend that you, as an employee, use your private email address.
Keep in mind that you can’t have two accounts in Zenegy with the same email address.
Password, that you yourself choose. The company may have set requirements for your password, read more about the requirements that can be set here.
Repeat password, repeat your chosen password.
Give consent, you need to check the box to give us consent to send you information in the future.
When you have filled in the required information, click Continue.
Your account in Zenegy is now created with the email and password that you chose.
Verify your email address and your phone number
At Zenegy there’s a lot of sensitive personal data and therefore you must verify both email and phone number before you gain access to data.
This is only a process you have to do the first time you log in to Zenegy.
The first thing you have to verify is your email address, and when you get to this site, you will receive an email at your given email address.
You’ll find the email with the subject Zenegy - verify your email, wherein you’ll be given a 6-digit code that you’ll need to type in the field Verification code.
When you’ve typed in the code, the Create Account button will become blue and just click it to verify your email.
The second thing you need to verify is your phone number, and by landing on this site, you will receive an sms on your given phone number.
You’ll find a 6-digit code that you need to type in the field Verification code.
When the code has been typed, the Continue button will turn blue and you simply click it to verify your phone number.
Do I need to think about 2-factor login?
If your company has chosen to use 2-factor login in Zenegy, you need to choose one of the three methods on the site.

Are you experiencing problems verifying your account?
You don’t receive the email, check that the email is correct.
If it’s correct but you still haven’t received anything within 3 minutes, click on Check the code on your e-mail or click here to get another code.
If the email address is not correct, you can simply click the field with your email address and change it to the correct one. Thereafter, just click Check the code on your phone or click here to get another code.
You aren’t receiving the sms, check that the phone number is the correct one.
If it’s correct but you still haven’t received anything within 3 minutes, click on Check the code on your phone or click here to get another code.
If the phone number is not correct, you can simply click the field with your number and change it to the correct one. Thereafter, just click Check the code on your phone or click here to get another code.
There’s an error message, that says the verification code is wrong. In this case, the code has expired, click on Click here to send again, whereafter you will receive a new code.
Make sure you use the newest code.
Can I merge my Zenegy accounts?
If you start at another company that also uses Zenegy, you can merge the origins so that you just have one login for Zenegy.
