All registrations and input can be made either via Zenegy Time’s built-in registration terminal for tablet, PC, or mobile app.

Salary Agreement setup

Setting up salary agreements and rules for your industry is flexible and can be expanded at different levels. The collective agreement setup handles everything from the very simple rules to the more advanced set-ups. This forms the basis for the salary and is transferred to the salary system.

All rules are set up as data rules, and do not require developer assistance and lengthy implementation processes.

Supervisors and approvers

Supervisors and approvers have the full overview gathered in one intuitive dashboard that can be customized for each individual user via rights management.

Approval of hours and costs

Approval of registrations can be done in groups, so that hours, costs, salary basis and planning can be shared with one or more colleagues in the approval group. This is particularly useful during vacation or other absence.

Portal

All employees have access to their personal portal, where they can maintain their data, request absence and leave and see time and salary balance.

The employee can also request leave and absence, as well as view and print their own time account statements and view Zenegy payslips.

In Time, both App and Shop Floor terminals can be configured and adapted to individual needs.
