For small businesses, you get the full Zenegy® setup for a fixed price of DKK 249 per month + usage. This includes Zenegy® Numbers with Payroll and Expense, covering bookkeeping, payroll, and expense handling in one financial system.
If you only need payroll, Payroll can also be used on its own. The price is DKK 25 per payslip including automatic reporting, plus a DKK 100 monthly subscription.

Zenegy® makes payroll simple and automated.
Payroll calculates, reports, pays, and submits all required payroll data automatically to the tax authorities. You only enter employee master data. Zenegy® then takes care of everything from taxable income and contributions to working hours, holiday pay, pensions, and mileage allowance. Tax cards are retrieved automatically.
With Payroll, employees also get access to an employee app where they can request holiday, register sickness, mileage, and hours.
The payroll responsible keeps a clear digital overview and can approve or reject requests in seconds. Everything is recorded correctly and updated automatically in the financial system.

Zenegy® fully complies with GDPR, so your information is handled confidentially and in line with current legislation. All data is stored in encrypted form, and two-factor authentication is used at login for added security.
