Storebuddy integrates your webshop, your payment gateway and your acquirer (including Clearhaus) with Zenegy. With Storebuddy, your orders and credit notes are booked, so you don't have to enter them manually in your accounting software when, for example, you make a sale, take back a returned item or an order is cancelled. Storebuddy fetches all payments/refunds from your payment gateway. That saves you from searching through many lines in the payouts from your acquirer to see whether you have been paid for every order, and then settling invoices manually. Storebuddy also automates the bookkeeping of the fees and of the deposits in the bank. That way you don't have to export CSV files from your acquirer and import them into Zenegy, or book them manually. Storebuddy automatically checks whether you're cheating yourself out of money. If an error in the webshop means that no money is charged for an order, you can see it in Storebuddy's error report. You can also see it in Storebuddy's error report if, for example, you forget to refund a customer.
