FOUNDER & CEO
Jes T. S. Brinch
Jes Tækker Stemann Brinch is founder and CEO of Zenegy. Jes has 15 years of international experience in SaaS, web- and mobilephone development, marketing and project mangement – latest as business developer director at e-conomic. It was in fact the time at e-conomic that inspired Jes to make a business plan of his own and to create a payroll system of a new generation. Jes is also actively involved in design, development and customer service.
Jes holds a bachelor in Computer Science and is an AP Graduate in Marketing Management from Erhvervsakademiet SydVest in Esbjerg.

DIRECTOR OF SALES
Hans-Ulrich Pahl
Hans-Ulrich Pahl is sales responsible in Zenegy. He holds more than 20 years of experience in development and implementation of commercial business models in software and media. Hans-Ulrich is all about sales and distributions strategies, sales-organisations and sales process. Before joining Zenegy, Hans-Ulrich worked tirelessly for companies like e-conomic, Eniro and webCRM - just to name a few.
Hans-Ulrich holds a master's degree in Economics and Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School.

HEAD OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Mads Lyngby Olsen
Mads Lyngby Olsen has earned more than 20 years of experience in payroll and HR. Mads has spend a great part of his business career implementing new payroll systems as well as negotiating collective agreements and pay in several countries. Mads comes with experience from Grundfos, LEGO and Terma. Most recently he's been working as a global executive payroll manager at Arla Foods with responsibilty for more than 18.000 transnational employees.
Mads holds a master's degree in economics from Aarhus University and is also a Certified Coach from Attractor.

PRODUCT MANAGER
Kristian Haagensen
As product manager Kristian Haagensen has the responsibility to develop and implement new functions for the Zenegy platform. No novice indeed, Kristian has earned 10 years of working experience in API’s, integrations and project management. Most recently he worked for e-conomic as a business development manager, with responsibility for integration and cooperation with Scandinavian partners.
Kristian holds a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School as well as a PRINCE2 certification in project management.

CTO
Jovan Panev
As Zenegy’s CTO, Jovan is responsible for our systems and applications to work optimally. Along with product development team, Jovan is working on keeping Zenegy’s mobile and web applications up to date with the latest functionalities to ensure our customers the best user experience.
Jovan holds a degree within software development, and has been working as a software developer in Macedonia. The rapid evolvement in Zenegy, has called out for an in-house CTO, who can be a part of the daily decisions regarding the technical functionalities.

PROJECT MANAGER
Majbrit Littau
Majbrit keeps track of the many projects being launched in Zenegy. Majbrit has experience with startup companies from previous hires where she has conceptualized and structured projects. Prior to coming to Zenegy, Majbrit has been with e-conomic, where she has worked with support, as well as starting up and coordinating e-conomic's education program, where she also provided teaching.
Majbrit holds a bachelor's degree in economics, international negotiation and English from the University of Southern Denmark, as well as a master's degree in Strategic Market Creation from Copenhagen Business School.

PARTNER MANAGER
Mark Parrish
As Zenegy's partner manager, Mark Parrish is responsible for managing sales to auditors, accountants and app partners. He is also responsible for all of Zenegy's ad hoc marketing-and sales projects. Previously, Mark was a part of e-conomic's a-team, where he also was in charge of sales to auditors and accountants. His main competencies are sales, marketing, building relations, business strategy and IT-project management.
Mark holds a bachelor degree in Business Economics from the University of Southern Denmark and is currently doing a Master in IT and management at the IT-University of Denmark.

PRODUCT AND BUSINEES DEVELOPER
Lasse Hartlev
Lasse Hartlev is Zenegy's product and business developer. After many years as a state-authorized accountant, he has taken the leap towards a new journey in Zenegy. He is the man who takes care of keeping costs down and earnings up, as well as ensuring that Zenegy makes new and exciting business.
Lasse has previously worked at Ernst & Young and PwC as a state-authorized accountant. Lasse holds a Master's degree in finance and accounting from CBS, as well as a state-licensed accounting degree from the SR Academy.

SUPPORT MANAGER
Camilla Cordes
Camilla Cordes is employed at Zenegy as support manager and thereby has the responsibility for building Zenegy's support in order to ensure that Zenegy's users always receive the help they need when contacting Zenegy.
Previously, Camilla has worked at e-conomic - both as supporter and later on as salesperson to accountant and bookkeepers. Camilla has also worked at Pleo as a salesperson. Latest, Camilla has worked at Ordrestyring where she worked as a relations manager and as head of support.
Camilla is trained as a financial economist from Copenhagen Business Academy.

SUPPORT ASSISTANT
Nicklas Gregersen
Nicklas Gregersen is employed as support assistant and spends most of his time in Zenegy's support where he assists Zenegy's users with any issues they may have. Nicklas also develops Zenegy's support videos that are available to Zenegy's users on the website. Nicklas is also in charge of setting up employees for new customers. Nicklas has great interest in coding and possesses strong competencies in IT.
At the moment, Nicklas is taking a gap year and in that connection he works at Zenegy. Nicklas graduated last summer from Brøndby Gymnasium, where he finished his studies with an IT grant.

SUPPORT ASSISTANT
Isabell Sylvester Nederby
Isabell is employed as part of Zenegy's support team and thus have the responsibility to help Zenegy's customers with any issue they may have. She's also in charge of helping and supporting new customers with onboarding. Isabell is currently doing an education as financial economist from Copenhagen Business Academy.

MARKETING MANAGER
Leyla Manafly
As Zenegy's marketing manager, Leyla handles external communications and campaigns. She runs the ongoing as well as individual campaigns, makes us visible on social media, informs our customers via the newsletter and keeps the website up to date with the latest information.
Leyla has previously worked in startup companies, which includes both the banking industry and interior and design companies. She has experience working with campaign planning and communication for BtB and BtC clients.
Leyla holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a Master's degree in Economics and Marketing from Copenhagen Business School.

PROJECT MANAGER
Maria Haug
Maria is primarily responsible for Zenegy's external projects. She also has a part of the internal projects, where she is a part of quality assurance.
Maria has previously been employed as a communications officer in Zenegy, with the responsibility of planning and compiling communication material for all Zenegy's channels. Maria has also worked as project coordinator at Shoptimizer, where she was responsible for completing mystery shopping projects every month. This included, following up on the associated teams' work assignments and ensuring quality in their reporting.
Maria holds a bachelor's degree in business communication in German and English and completed her master's degree in IT, Communication and Organization in 2019 - both degree programs at Aarhus University.

LEGAL & COMMERCIAL ADVICE
Jóhannus Egholm Hansen
Jóhannus Egholm Hansen is the legal and commercial advisor of Zenegy. Jóhannus has 30 years of Danish and international experience as well as having served as a corporate board member in consulting-, IT-, tele-, bank-, production-, international trade and projects and airport companies.
Jóhannus holds a Master in Law, LL. M, from Faculty of Law - University of Copenhagen and has completed the General Management Programme at Insead.

CO-FOUNDER
Jacob Wandt
Jacob Wandt is one of Denmark's most succesful entrepreneurs and he's also co-founder and partner in Zenegy. Jacob is extremely experienced in business development, strategy and concept development. He's the man behind Europe's leading accounting program e-conomic, the first ever SaaS-company of its kind to be launched in the cloud. Jacob founded e-conomic in 2001 and gained 100.000 customers before selling the company to the British capital fond HG Capital in 2013. One and a half year later the company was sold to the Visma Group.
Jacob is a Certified Accountant with a master's degree in Business Administration and Auditing from Copenhagen Business School
