Payroll costs DKK 27 per payslip, including automatic reporting, plus a subscription of DKK 100 per month. Numbers, the accounting software, costs from DKK 49 per month, depending on which plan you choose.

If you want payroll, accounting and expenses together, that's the Full Financial Suite. It costs the same as Numbers, from DKK 49 per month depending on the plan, plus DKK 27 per payslip, with no Payroll subscription on top.

Expense costs the same on its own or on top of Payroll: from DKK 249 per month for up to 5 users, rising with the number of users. Only the employees you give access to Expense are counted, and there is no charge per expense. With Numbers, expense handling is part of the plan, within its users and expense vouchers. Yes. If you use Zenegy Numbers, payroll and accounting connect directly. For e-conomic, Dinero, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Business Central, Payroll sends the payroll entries across through an integration, twice a day. Billy and Uniconta have an integration too. If you use another program, you post the payroll from the pay run's accounting report.

Numbers itself connects to your bank, to Skat for VAT, and to NemHandel and Peppol for e-invoices, and Expense sends its own bookkeeping to e-conomic or Microsoft Business Central. Zenegy also has an open API. See all integrations.

Zenegy calculates payroll, and once you have approved the pay run, it reports everything Skat needs. With an Overførselsservice agreement, pay, tax and pension are paid automatically. You enter your employees' master data, and Zenegy keeps track of everything from A-income, labour market contribution and hours to holiday pay, pension and mileage allowance. Tax cards are fetched automatically.

With the employee app, employees request holiday and register sick days, mileage and hours themselves. Their manager or the payroll administrator approves or rejects them, and everything is updated in the system.

Yes. Zenegy complies with the GDPR, your data is stored encrypted, and as an administrator you can switch on two-factor authentication for all users. Every year, an independent auditor reviews Zenegy's IT controls under ISAE 3402. Read more in our Trust Center.
