With this integration between Zenegy and Mobilplan, you can easily transfer hours, absence, public holidays (SH days), mileage, out-of-pocket expenses and more directly into Zenegy as soon as the payroll data has been approved by the administrator. This means you avoid duplicate work and make the administrative processes considerably easier.

How to use Mobilplan and Zenegy

• The employee registers their working hours, and the system automatically calculates overtime, supplements etc. based on the employee's collective agreement
• The administrator creates employees in Zenegy and the employee fills in their details
• When working hours have been registered and converted, they are approved in Mobilplan
• Approved hours in the pay period can now be transferred to Zenegy
