Payment of A-tax and labour market contributions is postponed
As part of the inflation relief, the Folketing (the Danish Parliament) and other parties have made an agreement to postpone A-tax and labour market contributions.
Payments of A-tax and labour market contributions in July and August are postponed for all companies by 3.5 and 6 months respectively.
On 9 May 2023, Zenegy was in contact with Skat to have the new payment dates confirmed.
New payment dates for small and medium-sized companies
- New payment date for pay runs completed in June: 31 October 2023
- New payment date for pay runs completed in July: 12 February 2024
New payment dates for large companies
- New payment date for pay runs completed in July: 10 November 2023
- New payment date for pay runs completed in August: 29 February 2024
What to do if you use Zenegy
- If you use Zenegy, you don't need to do anything beyond the usual. We have updated the system with the new payment dates.
Note that the agreement has not been finally adopted yet, but goes to its third reading in the Folketing on 25 May, when it is expected to be finally adopted. Zenegy is keeping up to date on this.
