Kalender Connect fetches approved holiday and absence from Zenegy Payroll and adds it automatically to Google Calendar, Outlook or an iCal subscription.
When absence is changed, moved or deleted in Zenegy, the calendar updates by itself – every 30 minutes, every hour or daily.
You choose which employees, absence types and statuses are shown. Share one team calendar, or give each employee a personal link with only their own absence.
Safe Sync makes sure we never touch personal meetings. Set-up in under 5 minutes, a secure OAuth 2.0 connection and GDPR-compliant data processing.

About Kalender Connect
Kalender Connect is a Danish SaaS solution built with one purpose: to get holiday and absence from Zenegy Payroll into the calendars employees and managers already use every day.
In many companies, absence is registered and approved in Zenegy but then has to be typed into Outlook or Google Calendar by hand, so colleagues can see who's away. That's double work for HR, and the calendar quickly goes out of date when holiday is changed or cancelled.
Kalender Connect removes the manual step. We connect Zenegy with Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook or an iCal subscription and keep the calendar up to date automatically – also when absence is changed, moved or deleted in Zenegy.
We're built specifically for Zenegy, use Zenegy's official OAuth 2.0 API and never store passwords. Our Safe Sync principle means we only touch the calendar events we created ourselves – personal meetings and appointments are never touched.
The administrator decides which employees, departments, absence types and statuses are synchronised, so you can, for example, show holiday and working from home but keep sickness private.
With iCal, the company can share one team calendar with everyone, or give each employee a personal link with only their own absence – without the employee needing a login to Zenegy or Kalender Connect.
