Payroll reconciliation with figures straight from Zenegy

With Logi's reconciliation app, you simply upload the report from eIncome, and Logi fetches the pay runs from Zenegy that were paid out in the month the report covers. Logi then reconciles the pay in Zenegy against eIncome and against the bookkeeping in the accounting program.

Setup

1. In Logi, open the integrations (Integrationer), choose Zenegy and click Forbind (Connect).
2. Log in with your Zenegy credentials, choose the company you want to give access to, and approve the permissions. In Zenegy the app is called LogicNodes.
3. In the reconciliation app, choose Zenegy as the payroll system and the payroll-related accounts under Opsætning (Setup).

• Data visualisation: Have Logi build an app that visualises payroll costs from Zenegy Payroll – broken down by department or employee.
• Budgeting: A budget app based on the pay in Zenegy Payroll that compares budget with actuals month by month and flags discrepancies.
• Reporting: Regular reports for management or the board – for example payroll costs and absence per employee – always up to date with the latest figures from Zenegy Payroll.
• Other apps as needed: for example a KPI dashboard with figures from both Zenegy Payroll and the accounts.

You can share the apps Logi builds with your client via a link, so the client always has real-time access to their own data. And when Logi has made a good solution for you, you can also share it with your colleagues – or with everyone else via the marketplace.

When you sign up, you get a guided tour of the platform right in Logi. If you're unsure about anything along the way, you can always ask Logi on the platform – it knows the answer to the vast majority of questions.

You're assigned a dedicated account manager you can contact directly. Within the first week after you sign up, we contact you and offer an online meeting where we go through the possibilities, answer your questions and help you get started with the first setups.

Pricing

We have different packages depending on the type of business. For accountants and bookkeepers – who make up by far the majority of our customers – the price per client falls the more clients you connect to the platform:

• The first 3 clients: DKK 500 per client
• After that: the price per client falls step by step the more clients you connect
• Over 50 clients: DKK 300 per client – the lowest price

Credits – how AI usage works

Each package includes a number of credits matched to the package's size, which should cover normal use. Credits are the unit we measure AI usage in: each time Logi carries out a task for you – for example a reconciliation, a posting or an answer to a question – credits are deducted according to the scope of the task. If you need more credits, you can buy extra or upgrade to a larger package.
