Ordrestyring and Zenegy
When you integrate Ordrestyring with Zenegy, you don't just save a lot of clicks and time; you also minimise typing errors, because you only have to register your hours once. When your time registrations are ready to be transferred, you can send the hours straight into Zenegy, which then automatically calculates the pay for each employee. Quick and easy!
What is Ordrestyring
Ordrestyring is a system that gives you a better overview of your business, developed for and with tradespeople. It gives you a complete overview of your finances and helps you keep track of appointments and orders, invoicing, time and materials registration, photo documentation, SKS and much more. You can use it on a computer or through our mobile app, where you can save a lot of typing. On top of that, timesheets, customer details and tasks are gathered in one place!
How to do it
Preparation
- You must have created a Zenegy account
- You must have created the employees in Zenegy.
- You must have set up hours
Get started:
- Log in to Ordrestyring
- Click Zenegy under the Administration tab
- Click Setup
- Map your employees in Ordrestyring to employees in Zenegy.
- Map your hours to hours in Zenegy
- Map your supplements and breaks to Zenegy
- Click Save
- Choose the employee you want to transfer hours for
- Choose the hours and click Transfer
