The integration between Zenegy and SmartTID gives businesses a complete overview of all employees' working hours and tasks across the two systems. All registrations are quickly and easily invoiced on Zenegy's payslip – so you avoid duplicate work.
What are the benefits of the integration:
With an integration between SmartTID and Zenegy, you save time and avoid typing errors when payroll is done. All time registrations, supplements calculated under collective agreements and local agreements, and absence are transferred automatically to Zenegy for a given pay period. You decide entirely for yourselves which registrations are transferred and for which employees. For example, you can keep temps and others who aren't paid by the company from being transferred. There may also be time off in lieu accrued and taken, time banks, flexitime balances etc. that you don't want transferred to the system. See the setup guide here (in Danish).
What is SmartTID
With its 20+ years, SmartTID has Denmark's most advanced collective agreement engine, which interprets all collective agreements and local agreements – written and unwritten rules alike.
