Storebuddy posts orders and credit notes, so you don't have to enter orders manually. Nor do you have to create credit notes manually when, for example, you take back a returned item or an order is cancelled.
We fetch all payments/refunds from your payment gateway. That saves you from going through many lines in the payouts from your acquirer to see whether you have been paid for every order, and then settling invoices manually.
When you receive money from your acquirer, we automate the posting of the deposits in the bank, as well as the calculation and posting of fees. That way you don't have to export CSV files from your acquirer and import them into Zenegy Numbers, or post them manually.
