Registration of hours
In Zenegy's employee app, hours can be registered easily and without hassle. Employees can register hours for a project by adding a project ID and attaching files to the specific registration.
Easy recording of mileage
Avoid the hassle of registering mileage. All you need do is provide the ‘from’ and ‘to’ of your route – then Zenegy makes sure the mileage log is always in order. It's almost like magic.
Request holiday and register sick days
Now holiday and sickness are always just one click away. Request holiday and see it as soon as your request has been approved. Simple and easy. Every time.
Register flex days
Zenegy's Flex module gives the company's employees the option to manage and get an overview of their own flex balance. It's easy for employees to register new hours or use the hours saved up in the flex account. Flex is part of the Work Time Management module.
Easy administration of expenses
Zenegy makes it easy to handle out-of-pocket expenses! Enter the date of the expense and the amount to be refunded, and add pictures of the receipt or invoice to the registration. The registration is then sent for approval in Zenegy. Simple.
Your salary in several languages. The employee app is available in several languages. Understand every element of your pay, such as A-tax, labour market contribution, deductions and many other useful pay details, in the language you choose.
See your pension. Here you can see the payments to your pension savings in a sleek and interactive design.
Personal guidance on the Holiday Act. Employees get personal guidance on their periods for earning and taking holiday, and the number of holiday days they've earned and used. The guidance is tailored to the individual and based on the employee's current balances.
Holiday balance. A fully updated overview of the employee's holiday balance. Employees can follow the holiday they've used and earned for each holiday year.
