With Zenegy's expense management, it's easy to register and process out-of-pocket expenses. Employees simply enter the date of the expense and the amount to be refunded.

Settled through the pay run.
When the employee saves the registration, it's sent for approval in Zenegy, where the payroll administrator can approve or reject it. All approved registrations are settled automatically through the pay run. Bookkeepers and company owners can easily pull a report of all registrations, with their receipts, so they can be booked.

Add a project ID.
As with every other registration in Zenegy, employees can add a project ID if the registration is linked to a specific project. Files can also be attached to the registration, if the employee wants to document the expense with a picture of a receipt, an invoice or something else, for example.
