In February 2025, Dansk Industri and CO-industri entered into a three-year agreement on new collective agreements for industry. Among other things, the agreement means that pay and supplements are adjusted for the first time on 1 May 2025, and then annually on 1 March in 2026 and 2027.
What does the agreement contain?
OK2025 focuses on administrative simplification and better terms for employees. Zenegy's payroll system of course supports the agreed changes – including merging the Great Prayer Day supplement with the holiday allowance, wider use of the free choice account and updated rates.
Here are some of the most important elements of the agreement:
🔹 Adjustment of rates
The following rates are being adjusted:
- Minimum pay
- Overtime and inconvenience payments
- Apprentice rates
- Free choice account
- Employer's pension contribution
🔹 Extended rights
- Family leave: The right to time off in special situations, e.g. a child's third day of sickness or accompanying a close relative in an emergency.
- Parental leave rights: More leave options for social parents and close family members.
- Sick pay: The period with pay during sickness is extended by three weeks.
🔹 More flexibility and visibility
- The payslip: More transparency in the overall pay package.
- Time off in lieu: More flexible options for both using and paying out time off in lieu.
- Holiday allowance: The option of merging the Great Prayer Day supplement with the holiday allowance, which is thereby raised to 1.55%.
- Extra days off: Their value is transferred to the free choice account.
- The 48-hour rule: Opens the way for local agreements to depart from the 48-hour week (opt-out).
