Zenegy Payroll is a payroll system built on a digital mindset, with a wish for more freedom and a fresh take on old workflows and methods. Our user-friendly system automates and optimises your company's manual tasks, so you can focus on the more business-oriented tasks that create value in your day-to-day work instead. For example, the system fetches tax cards automatically, reports to the tax authorities and calculates the basis for pay, and with an Overførselsservice agreement it makes automatic payments and pays into pensions. The system also integrates with a wide range of third-party systems and can be used in both Danish and English. With Zenegy you also get access to a wealth of reports and features, such as advanced bookkeeping, date management, approval flows for registrations and a company car module.

Free employee app.

Zenegy Payroll includes a free employee app that makes it easy and efficient to get the input you need for a pay run. That is, employees register their own hours, supplements and deductions, mileage, out-of-pocket expenses, holiday, absence and more. That means less administrative work for the payroll administrator, who can then spend more time on their core tasks. The app also provides an easy, interactive payslip that clearly shows and explains the different values, saved-up balances such as holiday and pension, tax values and more. The app is available in several languages, making sure employees get the right information. Employees can edit their own profile and, of course, also open a classic payslip directly from the app.

    With Zenegy Payroll, your company's payroll needs are covered, as the system supports all pay types, such as salaried employees, hourly paid, casual workers and more. All types of pay profile are covered too, that is monthly pay in arrears and in advance, and fortnightly pay. The same goes for the income types A-income and B-income, the researcher tax scheme and more. Zenegy Payroll supports pension providers and collective agreements and offers automatic zero reporting. You avoid manual, time-consuming tasks, as Zenegy Payroll's open API integrates with a wide range of systems, such as Planday, HR-ON and many more. In other words, you have every opportunity to ensure high, efficient productivity, as the data you need flows into Zenegy Payroll.

Zenegy Payroll is developed with the company at its centre, so there's a strong focus on intelligent automation that saves you time on your pay run. Use templates for recurring activities or profiles, use global values for quick workflows, create employees quickly and easily, make easy bulk updates and more. The system makes automatic payments of pay, tax, pension, ATP, holiday pay and parental leave through Overførselsservice. It can also handle several accounts or Overførselsservice agreements per CVR number. Use standard bank payment files for Danske Bank, for example, and Zenegy Payroll of course reports to eIncome automatically.

You assign the roles, and what each of them can see, yourselves. Let the company owner, administrator or department manager approve registrations, and check and approve the whole pay run. That way the payroll administrator and the company owner get full control of the pay run, and make sure the whole pay run process is compliant. It's all optimised for the user in their specific role, and allows for a tailored approval flow.

    Zenegy Payroll is continuously being developed, and we make sure your company keeps up. A good example is the Danish Holiday Act, where Zenegy has developed and adapted the system so it can handle the act in a way that's both digital and efficient. Other examples are Zenegy's advanced bookkeeping, which gives you a better overview of your company's payroll costs and an easier reconciliation with eIncome. Global values and employee templates let you create, adjust and tailor templates to suit your company's needs. Date management means you can enter pay adjustments and other changes to an employee's future terms of pay, which are then applied automatically when the time comes. The company car module automatically calculates the taxable value of your company's cars, and we could go on…

    Flexible report generator

    Reports that give you the essential overview.

    One of the most important features for a company is the overview of and insight into its operations and results. So Zenegy Payroll lets you create reports with parameters of your own choosing in our report generator. The company therefore gets access to reports such as deviations, holiday, accounting and payments. Our reconciliation feature makes it easy to reconcile both payroll and eIncome, and the reporting can then easily be passed on to your accountant. You can also extract data from the database, so you can process data and report in Excel.

    Zenegy Payroll comes at a transparent, simple price of DKK 27 per payslip or zero report, and the Zenegy Subscription at DKK 100 per month. There are no limits on pay type, and there's no commitment on your Zenegy Subscription. You also get features such as your company logo on the payslip, and free support by chat, email and phone.

    Security & compliance

    A payroll system focused on your company's security.

    Zenegy Payroll is built on security and the responsible handling of data, with every necessary security measure in use and current legislation applied as a minimum. We have an ISAE 3402 Type II report and, among other things, extended internal controls and security procedures. We have two-factor authentication, the option of introducing a password policy, and automatic deletion of data older than a period you choose yourselves.
