EasyLeave – Digital leave management for the whole organisation.
The integration between Zenegy and EasyLeave ensures that employee data can be transferred automatically from the payroll system to the leave system. Master data such as employee name, email, manager, department and seniority date can be imported directly, so EasyLeave always works from the same data as payroll. This means less manual work and fewer errors in the administration. When employees are recognised in the system, EasyLeave can also make sure that they only see the rules and options that apply to their particular employment. The integration makes it possible to set up a coherent process between employee, manager, HR and payroll. The result is more structured leave management, less double entry and a marked reduction in administrative time.
How to get started:
Zenegy
- Open Zenegy and go to Employees.
- Click Export data.
- Download the most recently created report.
EasyLeave
- Go back to EasyLeave and open Import.
- Drag the Zenegy report into the import field.
- Check that the correct fields have been pulled in.
- Click Find matches and check that the data has been matched correctly.
- When everything looks right, EasyLeave is ready to use with up-to-date employee data.
