InstaPaid is integrated with Zenegy's payroll system, which means you only need to update your master data in Zenegy. That way, InstaPaid will at any given time have the correct data on your employees in our platform, such as salary, tax rate, contributions, deductions etc. This ensures that the employee's flexible salary payments are paid out as net payments. Our platform meets all GDPR requirements, and the integration ensures that all employee data is handled confidentially via Zenegy.

What is InstaPaid?

InstaPaid is an app that lets employees transfer earned salary, mileage and out-of-pocket expenses to themselves whenever they want. The only thing you as a business have to decide is how large a share of their salary the employees should have access to (e.g. 20%, 50% or 100%).

Our platform gives employees a little more flexibility in their finances, and it has been documented that this increases employee wellbeing and helps attract new employees. InstaPaid contributes to better social sustainability, and our platform gives employees a simple overview of how their pay is developing. At InstaPaid, you can choose between several solutions for how the payments are handled, for example directly via your own bank or via InstaPaid.
