What does the certification cover?
The course is in Danish. You learn to establish a correct set-up, structure the work with sales and supplier invoices, handle expenses and bank entries – and finish with accurate reports. That way, you get a solid foundation for the daily tasks.
Zenegy Academy is also a natural choice for onboarding and upskilling employees. New colleagues quickly get to grips with the system without heavy training from a colleague – and existing employees can strengthen their expertise through structured online courses. It saves time on training and creates greater independence day to day.
Once you've completed the Numbers certification, you're on top of the daily work in Numbers – from set-up to reporting – and can document your knowledge with a certificate.
1 Navigation
Get to grips with how Zenegy Numbers is structured. You learn to navigate areas such as organisation, sales, expenses, finance, reports and settings – and to use the side panel, filters, views and shortcuts to work quickly and efficiently.
2 Standard set-up
Become familiar with the elements of a standard set-up: chart of accounts, VAT codes, expense categories, system accounts and reports. You make sure the finance system is set up correctly from the start.
3 Get started with Numbers – the necessary set-up
Before you use Numbers, you go through the set-up of the financial year, chart of accounts, number series, journal, inbox email, bank connection, employees and payment cards. This module gives you a complete basic set-up, so you're ready from day one.
4 Sales invoice flow
From creating customers and setting up products to invoicing and payment. You learn the whole flow – including sales rules, invoice layout and matching – so the sales process is correct and efficient.
5 Supplier invoice flow
Learn to handle supplier invoices – from the inbox to bookkeeping, matching and payment. You also see how the payment module is used to check the payments before they're sent to the bank.
6 Expense flow
Get on top of handling card expenses and out-of-pocket expenses. You learn to use the employee app, fetch receipts, book expenses and settle employees' out-of-pocket expenses – so the expense flow becomes digital.
7 Incoming and outgoing bank
Learn to handle incoming and outgoing entries from bank accounts. We go through how accounting rules are applied, and how you link bank data with card expenses and other transactions.
8 Simple checks
Learn to use reports for daily and monthly checks. Among other things, we go through the chart of accounts, the general ledger (including VAT) and the reconciliation of customers and suppliers. It gives you an overview of whether the accounts add up – and creates a solid basis for reporting.
