GatewayAPI switches to Zenegy

Suddenly without a payroll system

GatewayAPI found that the provider of their old payroll system had decided to close its business in Denmark, which meant they had to find a new payroll system at relatively short notice. So they needed to find an intuitive and user-friendly payroll system they could quickly get to grips with; at the same time, it had to be a system that matched GatewayAPI's need to adapt the system to their company, and a payroll system they could grow with.

User-friendly for both the administration and the employees

Registrations and reports give a better overview

Registering holiday, absence etc. is one of the features they have become very happy with. “Management is very happy with the approval procedures.”

“We really appreciate that the employees can go in themselves and register absence on specific days, after which their line manager can easily approve it. This is far easier than before, when the employees, for example, first had to write to their line manager and ask for time off and state the type of absence, after which the manager then had to go in and enter it in the payroll system.”
